Video game voice change?

OK here is my problem i have been on you tube and some people change the voice acting from English to Japanese on there video games and i want to know how they do that this would be very appreciated



ps i wanted to change the voices of the game persona 3 or 4 and final fantasyVideo game voice change?
The only way I know of to get Japanese voices is to play an imported Japanese copy of the game.
