How to change oil filter in 06 cummins?

Doing first oil change, but cant get to the oil filter. I used to have a 99 powerstroke and the process was pretty easy, but on the cummins its right under the air filter tube. Dont want to take air filter off but will gave to if its the easiest way, anybody know a different way??How to change oil filter in 06 cummins?
