Depends on who you get them replaced by. There are some places online that will replace the tubes for you, so just email them and get a quote. Don't go anywhere local though, because it needs to be done by someone who specializes in CCFL replacement.



Usually, I just replace the whole screen instead with a used one from ebay.com, but you can usually even get a brand new screen for under $100 there.



Either way, in the future, keep your screen brightness as low as possible to make both the CCFLs and the backlight power inverter last longer.
