At Paddington there are two escalaors plus some walking along passages. allow 5 minutes or 10 if carrying luggage. Don't panic if you miss a Heathrow Express train. They run every 15 minutes. The change at Baker Street between the Jubilee and Bakerloo Lines is easier. To save time you can buy

Jubilee to Bakerloo interchange is side by side, and the Bakerloo to the Hearthrow Express at Paddington is about 100 meters.
The Bakerloo line doesn't go to Paddington station.

You need to get to Baker St, then change onto the Circle or Hammersmith %26amp; City line. Circle line is best, you come out onto the Paddington concourse. Hammersmith line puts you amongst the high numbered platforms.
