How do you change front tyre of a balanzbike?

I need to change the tube in the front wheel of a balanzbike any easy way to do it. how do i get it past the chain!!!!!!How do you change front tyre of a balanzbike?
I would guss about the same way you change the rear wheel on a bike. Loosen the axle and drop the wheel out and take the chain off..
