How to get from Heathrow Airport to Kings Cross?

I'm flying in to terminal 4 Wednesday morning, I need to get to London's kings cross train station!!

Heathrow is in Zone 6, Kings cross in Zone 1. Make sure you don't buy a zone 1-2 travelcard.How to get from Heathrow Airport to Kings Cross?
Route 1 - Follow the signs to London Underground Heathrow T4 station and take the Picaddily Line direct to Kings Cross St Pancres. From Kings Cross St Pancres tube station follow the signs to Kings Cross Mainline station (or ask any member of staff in the blue uniform).

Time: Aprox 1 Hour



Route 2 - Follow the signs to the Heathrow connect station at T4 and catch a overground service to London Paddington. From London Paddington walk to Paddington Underground station and catch either the Hammersmith and city line or the Circle line to Kings Cross St Pancres (then follow signs to the mainline station)

Time : Aprox 40 min



Route 3 - Follow the signs to the Heathrow connect station at T4 and catch a train one stop to Heathrow Central Termial 1,2,3 (free train service between terminals within the Airport). Alight and wait on the same platform for the Heathrow express service to London Paddington and then follow the instructions in Route 2 above to get to kings Cross.

Time: Aprox 25 min



Please note that if you go to Paddington, the Hammersmith and city line (pink on tube map) and the circle line (yellow on tube map) leave from 2 entirely different platfroms at Paddington. If you chose to catch the Circle Line and no cirlce line train is displayed, catch the first train to Edgware Road (just one stop) and alight there whereby you have the choice of both the circle line or Hammersmith and city line as they both leave from the same platform at Edgeware Road
There should be signs prominently located in the terminal directing you to the tube station which is inside the airport (and if you don't see them just ask somebody). The Heathrow stops are on the Piccadilly Line that runs through King's Cross so once you're on the train headed into London you don't need to do anything. I believe the charge is 拢4.00 without an oyster card and 拢3.50 with one (note that if you are staying in London for any length of time an Oyster card is a good purchase).
when you're at Heathrow, look for the underground sign ... it's the red circle with the blue line across it that you see on the bottom right corner of this map

How do I change my Playstation 3 display settings when at a fuzzy screen?

I have a playstation 3 and I'm trying to hook it up on my tube tv using the green red and blue components but because it was previously set to 1080i from my projection, when I hook it up and turn the power on to change the display settings to standard definition I can't because the tv shows fuzz. I tried holding the power button down to reset the settings but didn't work. The only other option is to go back to the tv (not close to me) and hook it up, change the settings and then truck back to the tube tv. No need for all that, if you changed cables and can't see anything, likely, just turn off the ps3 in the back, keep your finger on the power in the front, flip it on and keep your finger there till you hear a second beep. The ps3 will reset itself and auto detect your cable.

What do you mean exactly by changing tone?

If you mean how they change the tuning of their guitars it's simple they usually just change their guitars! Like there's another guitar ready for them with the right tuning for the next song and so they quickly swap guitars which is usually either already set aside for them on stage or someone from back stage brings it up.



If you mean how they change the tone of their distortion or whatever. Then there are pre-set effects. On the stage before their feet, they have the effect switches. They only press a pedal and it chooses a whole new set of adjustment for different effects such as distortion, compression, reverb etc

Or it can also be done by sound manager from the control room so it may seem they have no effect or do nothing on the stage.

You see the control room is vital for any concert, even if it's called unplugged, they still have the sound manager to adjust volumes, amount of reverb /compression and many other effects that are still applied even in an unplugged concert.

That is kinda hard, Break it down and work out the linear pattern for eaach ship.

Draw the lines from starting point to end point of each ships route and if the lines cross from 2 ships then they collide.

ok well its quite simple first you combine the deltradives and make sure they are part of the whole fraction and not a quarter so when you multiply them the sum is equvilent to either half or less the original number, this result is more or less the greater % of the grid so you can get an accurate idea of how the ships are sailing in the fog, to calculate the rectangle radar you need the median of the flag to the stern and also you cant forget the starburst, once calculated you add this to the fog number and take into the account the sea level (i trust you made the calculations) and add these numbers and subtract 3 for the drag presented by the waves, good luck with the rest its quite simple i am a university professor

As you know from here you can upload a background image but HOW TO MAKE Image as you have asked right?

If you have photo editor, import image of your choice and add some things such as these Animation character (be careful about copyrights)

You can add these kind of images or else if you know how to add transparent background or just cut some images and paste. I like Adobe Photo shop to do these kind of things.

To have an exact matching size of image need some experiment you can upload image in profile if you like click save otherwise delete.

Most BMX bikes have bolt-on axles. You will need wrenches to remove the wheel. As for what size of wrench, this varys but it is most likely metric.

The Style is up to the customer Im Building him a ';Custom'; bike i dont build them for me-I do use a mock up set of pipes draw a line of paint on them after set up i fire it up run it for a mile or two then 4 inches past where the paint is still on it thats the size pipes i bend for it

I use 2 1/4 inch copper tubing then its off to the chrome shop

As for control of the emissions thats my tuners job
I have old school up sweeps on mine just straight pipes with fishtail tips and they are just fine no complaints so far you have no trouble hearing it but not bad
there are baffles that can be slid into any pipes end. my drag pipes have baffles somewhere..... just not in the pipes (they must be on the bench someplace)

i'm getting a randall rm100 soon. i've read that it comes with jj 6L6 gc tubes. i've seen that ruby and electro-harmonix tubes are really good for heavy metal. but i notice that the krank heads have 6550 tubes. so i'm wondering if i can change out all of jj tubes for ruby or electro harmonix, they would still be 6L6 tubes just a different brand of them. or if i could change them out for 6550 tubes, or if it's even possible to do a mix of 6L6 and 6550 tubes. would interchanging the tubes hurt the head in any way, if so how? and if i can't interchange 6L6 with 6550 tubes or if i can't even put 6550 tubes into the rm100 that comes 6L6 tubes. could i put in ruby or some other kind than jj tubes and just biase it to make it work?Is it bad to put different tubes into a tube amp than what it originally came with?
Sometimes OK...be careful. Search for ';swap 6L6 with 6550'; and take everything with a grain of salt. Also KT-66. ';The 6550 filament draw is twice that of the 6L6.';



There are circuits where the tubes can be swapped for alternatives without any other changes, and others that require re-biasing. There are some that are technically different in name only. And some swaps can't be done, so you need to know what you are doing. Sometimes circuits put way too much demand on a different tube. Generally, the preamp section is going to be less risky than the power section.

Removal of CRT involves CRT board disconnection, Ground strap disconnection, then dropping the YOKE and the magnetic alignment rings just under it. THEN from the top, removing the 4 --1/4 inch screws that secure it to the frame, then pushing in and rotating 1/4 turn the HV Anode wire for the green CRT....



Then taking it out, removing the LENS (making sure of the actual position of the lens to the CRT....improper rotation of the lens will result in the OUTSIDE Edges of the picture being un-focus-able) If there's black metal strips UNDER the lens you MUST install them EXACTLY where they came from.....



THEN removing the White Fiberglass tape and installing it EXACTLY where it was positioned before....and the Black tape too....I just replace the black tape.....



THEN reversing-order the FIRST PARAGRAPH INFO, making sure the Magnetic Rings are properly positioned on the NECK of the CRT and rotating for tightest spot.....SAME with the YOKE.....



THEN you have to MECHANICALLY CENTER it, rotate the yoke for level picture, adjust the Electrical focus for TIGHT focus, then the MECHANICAL FOCUS, then double check the Electrical Focus......Also set the Screen voltage to where it's just on the edge of illumination on a black picture input......



THEN COMES THE Coarse Convergence and the 100 point FINE CONVERGENCE in FULL MODE....then the Wide Zoom mode, then the Flash FOCUS alignment....and IF the squares don't align with the SENSORS....YOU'll NEVER get it right without 2 years of alignment experience......



NOW....I think that amount of work is worth $300 for an expert to Easily do...... and get it right.....

But you're welcome to TRY.....and when you NEED an expert....He'll be sure to charge $500 to fix it....WHY? Because you will have LOST all references that he'll need to do it properly......



Somethings are better left to the guy who has experience....this is one of those situations, and I hope this QUICKIE sheet of alignments drives home my point......

BTW u can add the video in movie player and publish it to new format ( if the format support windows movie player )

Its like changing a bike tire. You're going to have to remove the wheel, break the tires bead (if necessary), and use 2 tire spoons to lift the edge of the tire over the rim. unscrew the nut on the valve stem of the tube, slip the valve stem thru the hole and pull out the tube. Put the new tube in (after the spoke has been fixed of course), tighten the nut on the valve stem. Using the spoons you pull the tire back over the rim, being sure not to pinch the tube (this may take 2 people to make the job easier). Once the tire is over the rim, blow it up about 1/2 way and bounce the tire on the ground a few times all the way around, to make sure the tube unrolls and has no pinched spots inside. Let the air out, and re inflate the tire to full pressure and re-mount it on the bike.

Okay, I wanted to change my You tube password but it was telling me in order to change it, I have to log into my Google email account.

I log into my Google account, and tried to unlink the email from my You tube account so that way I could change the password on my You tube account instead of the email.

So I gave up trying to unlink the email, and I eventually deleted my email account. So now my problem is that I can't log into my You tube account.

I tried all the passwords I could possibly remember and I still couldn't log in. You tube says the user name or password I entered is incorrect. How could I log into my You tube account? Best ammo for pump shotgun?

Hey, I'm thinking about buying a pump action shotgun for home defense and recreational shooting. I hope I never have to use it for the first purpose, but in case I do, I'd like something that's efficient and cheaper than spending 2000 bucks on a fancier gun. Here's my one concern: I grew up around rifles with my dad and on my grandparents' farm, but I've never fired a shotgun--just rifles, which obviously didn't have the kick shotguns do. I'm a woman in my early twenties, but I'm in great shape, I lift weights, and I'm very physically strong so I'm not worried TOO much about the kick. That said, I know it's definitely something I need to consider. I've heard it may be best to get a 12 gauge shotgun because of their ammo versatility and stopping power, and I can use a lighter buckshot to reduce the kick. But how negatively will that affect the stopping power? I'm hoping I can try out different options before making a purchase, but I'd just like some general advice. Any help greatly appreciated! Oh and also, if I buy different chokes, can I shoot both buckshot and slugs? How difficult is it to change shotgun choke tubes, and how much do they usually cost? Are they included with some guns? You can get a decent 12 gauge pump for under $200. I have mine loaded with #1 buckshot, rather than double 0.

You don't need a heavy load for inside the house, you are not going to be shooting at anyone over 10 to 20 feet.

Do not choke the barrel leave it as it is.

You never want to choke a barrel if you fire buckshot or slugs.

As mentioned above the sound of you chambering a shell should cause everyone to run for their life.

Even if you have a shell chambered it would not hurt to jack the slide to let them know you have a shotgun.Best ammo for pump shotgun?
Get a 12 gauge and don't anything use anything smaller than #4 buckshot. Forget the choke for home defense. The pattern stays plenty tight for anything within self defense range. Some people load the first few shells with a lighter load, progressing to 1-2 slugs at the end of the magazine. The idea is that if the first few shots of buckshot don't stop an assailant, the slugs will. However, a lot of people figure just the sound of the slide cycling will scare off a rationale criminal.
Mossberg 500 or Maverick 88 in 12ga (roughly the same gun, fit and finish is better on the Mossberg). Then get 00Buck (low brass, low recoil is fine for HD) and a Knoxx Spec Ops recoil reducing pistol grip stock and a buttpad. Your shoulder will thank you and it makes it quite manageable.



PRACTICE! You can practice with the bulk 8shot stuff ($22/100 at walmart), but shoot some 00buck so you understand the recoil as well (look on the internet you can find Wolf for cheap and I've heard no complaints about it).



I suggest these guns because they're the only ones that have been subjected to and passed the military's 3000 round torture test. Also, I have a 500. Go out and hold both, they come in 18.5'; or 20'; barrels. The 20'; hold more shells but also weighs a lot more. Hold them, borrow them (go down to a range and ask guys to shoot, no one is going to tell you no) and figure out which you like and go from there.
Given your criteria, get a combo shotgun set that includes an 18.5'; barrel for home defense and a 28'; barrel for rec shooting. Both Mossberg and Remington offer one. For ammo, 00 buckshot will take care of just about anything that comes through the door.



Basic rules of physics show that force equals mass x acceleration. The bigger the mass, the more force you get. The faster the projectile, the more acceleration (or decelleration) when the bullet hits the body and slows to zero, which means more force.



As for chokes, with the combo kits check if they have screw in chokes you can adjust. Some do, some don't. You can buy them just about anywhere and are very very easy to change.



Don't worry about the recoil, anyone can handle it as long as they keep a good firing stance... i.e. don't stand straight up when firing... Bend your knees a bit and lean into the gun. The dorks that fall on youtube stand up straight, have bad posture, and are generally ignorant about everything. I'd equate the recoil to a playful, but solid punch in the shoulder.
For your intended purposes the 20 gauge pump shotgun will fit the bill quite nicely and instead of buckshot I would use a heavy BB or BBB coyote shot. This sh
You can get a pump for less then $500. And as for kick its the same as any of the high power calibers like 30-06. It's just you feel it more. Why do people worry about recoil, its totally a mental thing.



If you want to get low recoil buckshot get it. I don't see the point though but power wise you not sacrificing much.
A couple of these guys are either confused or just confusing. If a shotgun barrel has a removable choke, do not ever shoot it without a choke tube installed. For slugs and for self defense in your house, cylinder or improved cylinder is the choke of choice. Most are fairly easy to change. There is a specific tool that allows you to switch the tubes. They need to be snug. The threads need lubricated so that they do not get stuck in the barrel. Some shotguns come with multiple tubes. You can purchase run of the mill tubes for $20 or $30 each. There are about 4 popular different styles depending upon the brand of shotgun. They are not interchangeable. Being female, you may want to look at youth sized shotguns which may fit you better than a regular sized shotgun since you are probably smaller than the average sized guy. One problem with that is that most companies only make youth shotguns 20 gauge. It is also possible to cut down the butt stock on a full sized shotgun or purchase youth sized stocks for them.

i'm looking for an old diesel 4x4 suburban, but haven't found my new baby yet (just missed one on ebay!). however, there are a ton of old gas-run Suburban 4x4s for sale out there. we were looking to put a new engine in anyway, so how much trouble would it be to drop a new diesel into an old gasser Suburban? i know we'd have to make some changes - new mounts, tubes, etc., but can anybody tell me how much we'd have to change out? In the 80's the Suburbans had the option of the 6.2 Diesel. The old 6.2 was a good engine, not a drag race, and not a stump puller, but a good engine that would last a helluva long time. I have an 84 Suburban with the 6.2 diesel. Shes my baby.



As far as the swap, you would need new fuel tank, new pump, new lines, add an injector pump. Even beyond the fuel system, there is alot to be dealt with, trying to mix hydro-boost and non-hydro-boost systems, making sure the trans will mount, or getting an adapter kit.



Over all, I would say you are better off looking for an old Suburban that already had the diesel in it, gonna be easiest.Converting gas-fueled Suburban to diesel?
Probably won't be very cost effective. Depending on how old the Suburban is depends on the computer in the truck (it runs everything) and there's different mounts, etc.



It's possible depending on the age of the truck. If your reason is to save money, I'd concentrate elsewhere, maybe even into finding one that is already diesel fueled.

there are a few ways you can do this. All of them actually require removing the tank to do so. The first is to remove the sending unit and then cut off the old 3/8's pipe above and below the mount tab. then you can drill it out to the larger diameter pipe that you want to use. Slide your new pipe in to the correct depth that it needs to be. If you know how then sodder it in real good and let it cool off, reinstall it and make sure you put a good fuel filter in line somewhere. the other method requires a little bit bigger hole to be drilled and an AN fitting to be installed then attache the correct diameter pick up for the intank and the correct diameter for the fuel feed, also installing a good fuel filter as well. Be prepared for the high price of AN fittings and line cost if you go that route though. I have done this swap both ways and find the AN easier to due to avoid leakage and promote actual safty. good luck and hope it helps you some.

I have an identical twin sister who became paralyzed from the neck down not that long ago. She's helpless and we have to change her diapers and tube feed her and suction her lungs, etc...We're 17 and I take care of her a lot. My mother and I noticed she's getting a type of red sore on her upper thigh. Does anyone who's knowledgeable know how you properly treat a bed sore and prevent further sores and diaper rashes?How do you prevent bedsores with someone who's paralyzed?
1. Try to use air-mattress.

2. Frequent posture changing. (Every 2 hour will do)

3. Wet-tissue or other cleaning after she passes stool/urine.

4. There are some commercial creams/gels to apply over them. You can search on the net.

5. In case of developing sores, try to prevent moisture by using talc (only on intact skin, not on wound). But in case of developed sores you may need dressing by professional nurses.

6. Cleanliness of her bed-sheet, clothes %26amp; surroundings will reduce the chance of infection.

7. Change hes diaper as soon as you notice soiling, and then apply an ointment (such as A %26amp; D ointment庐) to keep the area dry.

8. Her diet should be balanced (rich in protein %26amp; vitamins)

9. Assisted exercise/passive movement of her hands/legs: If her condition allows do it. This will help her preventing joint stiffness that otherwise will lead to arthritis.

Exercise will also helpful for a good circulation %26amp; preventing thrombosis. It will also enhance her immunity to fight against the germs.

if her bed sore is open and seeping/bleeding, it needs to be treated by a professional. find a home health care company with a wound care nurse. if her wound is just red and not open, just make sure it gets plenty of air and keep an eye on it. to prevent further sores, make sure she is re-positioned several times a day to create different pressure points and make sure she is not lying on too hard of a surface, especially on her pressure points.

I would have your primary doctor have a wound care nurse come over and give you some teaching a barrier cream can help with the sore to prevent the acidity of her stool from causing more damage to her wound because it acts like anoter layer. Unless the sore is in a later stage. Then more intervention will be needed. However to help prevent her from getting sores is pretty tough because she will need to be turned every hour at least. to help her stay off her bony areas (tail bone, heels, elbows, etc.) their are air mattressess out their that are pretty expensive that help turn the patient every couple of minutes so you won't have to do it. The solution as directed on the box, is hypertonic so it draws out the fluid and pus from the infected area. Dipping a cotton diaper or wash cloth in the solution to use as a compress when direct soaking is not possible.



One thing I think that can help prevent fungal infections where the skin folds together is to put a terry type of cotton cloth between the folds of the skin so it can absorb the moisture and skin oils.



For your sister's mental health you might consider playing classical music. Some classical music is better than others. Also for mental health, seeing that she can hear and speak she might want to study a foreign language (thats always fun and has employment potential), and also consider the study of law as a long term goal (it also could be entertaining).

The most important rule is to distribute the weight as much as possible so that no one part, like a buttock or a shoulder or heels are pressing on the bed. There are many pressure relieving mattresses available for purchase or hire. I would recommend you get one, it might be expensive but it will save you the huge problem of your sister getting bad sores.

Do not get the thin ones, only two inches thick you need to get one at least four inches thick with a washable cover.

kind of turn them as you pull no them,they will let go ,but they can be really stubborn to get off,especially if they haven't ever been changed before,don't pull on the wire part its self,it will pull the wire out of the holder and tear the end off of it,keep twisting it and it will eventually get loose,good luck on it.
They can get baked on pretty damn solid, but they tug off.



The metal may stick to the top of the plug if it's corroded on there and the wire will break in two, but theoretically, it's a push-on, pull-off arrangement.



If you don't want to deal with that situation again, coat the spark plug's top with Noalox (electrical anti-oxidation paste).

On the end that inserts into trans it seals with an O-ring, there is a tab on the tube that attaches to the bell housing with 1 bolt. Make sure trans where tube fits is very clean to avoid containation of trans. Tube inserts into trans on pass. side just forward of cooler lines.
rotate it as you lift it up from the bottom, it will go but needs to be rotated as you feed it up into place, did you remove the bellhousing bolt that secures it to the transmission?
Bend it a little.



Or go to a junk yard and buy a used one.
