How do i change the language on you tube from chinese to english?

ok, on the top left corner of the website when you open it, there's that YouTube logo thing, on the right of it, there are two words, 全球 and 中文. Click on the 中文 link and then something pops up near the top of the page. Select English (UK) or English (US).How do i change the language on you tube from chinese to english?
USA is under the ';Global'; option in the drop down list. Global is

English. For that you first login into you tube and then you get that Broadcast yourself at the left top of the you tube below it you will find existing language just click it and select your choice of language.
