So I'm wanting to someday work for WWE as a set operator/designer. Currently the stages the use are all LED. I'm wanting to learn on my own how to manipulate LEDs to do what they do every week on their shows. I can already tell they use various LED tech So here is what they have from what I can attain through pics.
Here's the full set, The first piece of equipment I see would be the LED tubes used for the top most bar. http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=24g0gly%26amp;... What I question is How are they able to produce the RAW logo with these tubes because I've only seen tubes that can just change colors.
The next piece of LED tech would be Strip LED's I believe They are on the tower on the far most left and the section of leds between the Tower and the Square panels/TV. The last piece of equipment Would be the curveatron, that's what I believe they Reference it as. I think it's made of LED panels but I'm not sure because they curve. I really want to start experimenting on working these LEDs so that's why I am trying to find out what tech they use, if I could find a way to talk to their guys that actually do this stuff would be great but they like to be tight lipped, o well. How do I get my RCA TV (PIP) to work with digital cable?
Its a Tube, and the cable company changed from Audio to Digital, and my TV cannot come on, when I try setting it up and wait for the 24 hours, it says unusable signal ! The cable company is CLUELESS!!!!How do I get my RCA TV (PIP) to work with digital cable?

Have a pan to catch the old fluid as it drains. Start at a corner unscrewing the bolts letting one side drop more so the fluid go to one area and not run out everywhere. IF, remove the pan change your filter while you there, comes with the new pan gasket. Now!!! What I do before replacing the pan. Take a can of Carb Cleaner and clean off old gasket and spray the pan with the Cleaner using paper towels to dry. Then spray around the Gasket surface of Transmission doing same with paper towels. I have found when you clean the Fluid off the Gasket surfaces it will not leak as much. Tighten the bolts snug, then Torque to Specs. IF, you not have a Torque wrench use one hand hold a ratchet close to the Head so you can not get a lot of leverage, tighten about 1/4-1/2 turn. You should notice the Cork Gasket mash some when it tight, if you over-tighten you will see the gasket press out and that too tight. Also, if you over-tighten you can break these bolts, they not have to be torqued with an Air Impact. Parts Store can give you some Information on this too. How do you get over yourself thinking your too good looking than you really are?
The reason why I have this view of myself is because I have heard comments from women whom I have not met before react in a very suprising manner when they saw me.
1. A friends sister who is attractive never was shy to show she liked me and told me this on more than one occasion. Ego level raises
2. I was at a tube station once changing lines, I get off the tube and walk on the platform, a very attractive, but short lady with her other lady friends was walking towards me and she was looking at me and smiling. Her friends walked past me, but she slowed down and kept gazing in my eyes as she walked past she ran to catch up with her friends and she screamed and said ';did you see that guy he was so nice';. Ego raises even higher macho man level, alpha male level. :-(
Then the **** hits the fan:
I was at a bar with my friend, he started talking to two women at the bar, I just arrived and saw him, so I walk over to the bar and the girl he was talking to looks at me and makes a comment, all I hear is ';your cute'; and she points to me, my friend looks round and says ahhh ';that's my friend'; she was like really? ';He is very very cute'; her friend agreed and then both of these women come to me and start chatting to me, so.......that is more of my ego raised....pppffffttt at the expense of my friend being ignored by women he intially started speaking to. I didn't like that and didn't speak to them. I am too considerate and not selfish I didn't like the way they did that. If the women were initially talking to each other and then stopped in order to talk to me I wouldn't have mind. Anyway my ego still is raised when I think about how mad they seemed to go when they saw me.
Now this is where I am not getting my way:
While I have had all these great comments coming my way, I have not had much success with women in general. I have no female friends and have not spoken to women that much in my past. Now being 26 it is hampering the way I talk to women and I can't seem to get them to keep focused on me, the conversations I have with them seem to go stale after 5 mins to the point where the woman gets bored and doesn't want to talk any longer. My looks if I have any become irrelevant, if you know how to speak to women that is the main skill to aquire unfortunately for me I don't have it....maybe because I've not really had many female friends.
Girlfriends:
I had a fling with one lady when at uni, she was a part time model, very beautiful....but I didn't want a relationship with her at the time and told her before we did anything, so she knows what is at stake before proceeding with anything. I found her nice, but I didn't want her as a girlfriend, unfortunately she didn't meet my preferences for girlfriend material. We had a bit of fun, but not the full works so to speak.
We were going to get to that point, but she decided not to in the end as she wanted to be my girlfriend.
A few months back I met another girl who was girlfriend material and we had fun and she called herself my girlfriend, I loved her and still do, but she has some issues I won't go too deep into. I broke up the relationship as she couldn't fully commit to me even though she said she loves me and is crazy for me, it was hard because I love her so much...her position in this country doesn't help either due to her needing a sponsor to keep her in this country, she is from south america. Unfortunately I couldn't act as one for her and this had complicatied things even further. She will remain in my heart forever and there is not a day that goes past that I don't think about her, she will always have a special place in my heart. I LOVE YOU Guisella!

Your original question was how to get over your ego. Well, compliments from women are always nice, but tone them down in your head. If a woman smiles at you, tell yourself she's smiling at what her friend is saying and happens to be looking in your direction. She says you're cute, but she means in a little brother way. She seems interested, but she's just being polite, etc. Basically this is what people with low self-esteem do automatically.
If you're not having much luck meeting women, maybe it's because you come across as arrogant? Unfortunately men who know they're good-looking do have over-inflated egos, and it's very unappealing - athough just from reading your question you don't seem that way. Obviously it's hard to judge without meeting you in person.
Or maybe it's just that you don't get along as well with women as with men, which is trickier to deal with. Men with a sense of humour who don't take themselves too seriously are generally guys who will get women's attention, so work on that. Otherwise, ask more questions than facts about yourself, and be genuinely interested in what she says. Everyone likes talking about themselves, lol, and she'll like you more if you're actually listening to her - because who doesn't? No woman wants to feel like a bore, and definitely no woman wants to feel like all you want is to get into her pants - work on becoming friends first and worry about the sex later.
In the long term, if you're looking for a relationship you're going to need to get over your first love. There's no point looking for her on someone else's lips.

You can do what the other guys have said to do. However, I can't honestly answer your question without knowing what type of motor you have in the car...

First, telescope's focal ratio is determined by dividing it's focal length by it's aperture, therefore your telescopes focal ratio is f/10:
2500mm / 254mm ~= 10
Using a Barlow or extension tube will multiply your telescope's focal length, so the focal ratio with a 2x Barlow is f/20:
2*2500mm / 254mm ~= 20
The same goes with a Powermate, it multiplies the telescope's focal length and a 5x Powermate gives you a focal ratio f/50. And the same formula applies to an extension tube also, it gives you more focal legth and less f-ratio.
The focal length and focal ratio determines both your magnification and how much light is projected on to your web-cam's CCD-chip, or how bright the image is. The magnification is directly multiplied by the focal length. When using a 4x Powermate you'll have 4x the focal length and 4x the magnification.
On the other hand the necessary exposure time grows as the square of focal ratio: the lower your focal ratio is the longer exposures you'll have to get - in square! So, when going from f/10 to f/40 with a 4x Powermate you'll need 4^2 = 16x the exposure time to get the same brightness.
So here's the trade-off:
Planets are bright objects in a telescope, but when using low f -ratios you'll have to use much longer exposure times. A longer exposure time means you will have more atmospheric distortions in *each* of your images. So a bigger magnification does not necessarily mean you'll have better planetary images. It depends a lot on seeing and atmospheric conditions. Generally stacking smaller but crisper images will give you better results. But only generally. It really depends.
Therefore my suggestion is to try first with the 2x barlow, and based on those results to try with a bigger magnification later. A 5x Powermate is a good piece of equipment, it gives you a lot more magnification. But keep in mind that bigger magnification doesn't necessarily mean you'll get better planetary images. On a good night it will, on a bad night you'll only get less images to stack.

Your OTA (optical tube assembly) has an f/ ratio of f/10. Using a 2X Barlow lens will effectively double your f/ ratio, making it f/20. A 3X Barlow would make it f/30, and so on.
If you're planning on doing eyepiece projection astrophotography, the same formula would apply.
If doing afocal astrophotography, it gets a little trickier, because the camera's focal plane is not held rigid to the eyepiece, introducing a variable.

Buying my daughters first bras need advice?
Well yesterday my 13 year old daughter asked for a bra and i said yes and my 15 year old hasnt asked but my 13 yr old fahema told madina the 15 yr old about it and i said i will get both of them bras the 13 yr old is about a 36A/B the 15 year old is about 38A/B so i was wondering how many bras should i buy them i was thinking about 3 each and maybe one padded incase they need extra cover up also should i get them a multi-versatile bra the one that u can change the sraps to tube top, halter etc. and please recommend good shops in UK, london and no exspensive lingerie shops like LaSenza or Anne SummersBuying my daughters first bras need advice?
i went to new look and got my first bras they've got some simple but pretty patterns a large choice and they've got all different sizes, ones for younger girls. around your daughters age and more older women, i got around 3-4 from there with changeable straps, (: i would go there from my own experience,

Also make sure your daughters go with you so they can try them on and it will not be a wasted trip if they do not like them or cannot fit into them right! This way they will be with you, and get what they like!

How do you deal with rude people who stare and make comments because you're disabled?
My identical twin sister became paralyzed from the neck down. She was in an accident. She's helpless and my mother and I have to change her diapers and tube feed her, suction her lungs, dress her and bathe her, etc. I take her out in her wheelchair with me a lot, and often people will stare seeing how she's quadriplegic and even needs a ventilator. They stare even more because we're twins. Sometimes they come right up and ask rude or annoying questions about her condition and they will always ask me not her, for some reason they seem to think that just because she's physically disabled she's probably also mentally disabled and unable to talk for herself, which isn't true at all, she's perfectly fine mentally. It hurts her and makes her feel sad. She hasn't been disabled for that long and she's still very self conscious. How can I help her deal with this and how do I deal with such people bothering my sister?How do you deal with rude people who stare and make comments because you're disabled?

Firstly, can I just say I think you're awesome, the way you've been dealing with your sister's disability after the accident, despite you too having to learn to cope with it. Not everyone could do that :) I saw your other question too a few days back about stuff you could do with her. Your sister's lucky to have you.
Ok. Staring... It is mostly ignorance. You see, when people see ANYTHING that is not the ';norm';, they wonder about it, they get curious. They like to see what is the different thing/person. Some are direct enough to ask questions. Which brings us to the questions part. With a person in a wheelchair, the majority of people automatically don't think, and they ask the person standing with the wheelchair person. Its just plain not thinking. They don't mean to be rude. When they ask you, just politely tell them to ask your sister.
Feeling hurt and sad, I can understand that. For a few years I had stopped going anywhere except where I absolutely HAD to because of all these things. And every now and then those feelings come back and I have to fight them again. But I found a few ways to help. Smiling at the staring people ALWAYS makes them look away. Or glaring depending on your mood lol. And keep on and on reminding yourself and your sister, IT IS JUST IGNORANCE, THEY DO NOT KNOW. Another thing that is a bit of a silly play but helps.. all the people who stare or are rude.. when you 2 are on your own, think about them as characters in a story. You can do whatever you like with them then. Lol, see told you it was a bit silly.. but I promise it works... the sillier and crazier the story, the better.. by the end you are laughing too hard to care :)

People tend to have trouble dealing with anything outside their comfort zones. what isn't normal scares them. you just don't see a quadriplegic every day. it's sad, but it's true. the best thing to do is help remind your sister that most people don't mean to stare or be hurtful; they just can't help it. they don't mean to be rude.
I guess it comes down to educating people on the right approach. I especially agree with those people who will go to you and not her, thats something that needs teaching somewhat by parents - but not everyone has experience with it. I guess it's a bit like racism, I went to school with people from the middle east and India so I can naturally not bat an eye lid if I have to interact with people from there - I have a friend whos sister is quite severly disabled so I have a little experience there too (not much to be honest) - but some people don't have either of those - you have to understand people are naturally curious or ,in the worst case, put off by significant differences.

I doubt the staring will ever stop. I might even look like I was staring at some point when in reality I would be thinking if there was anything I could do to help. With the kiddies we accept that they are just young and don't know but with the adults well, that's a big difference because they should know better. My advice would be to allow your sister to respond to people because you said you protect her. By doing that all the time you are in fact without realising it taking her independance from her. Let her respond in which ever way she wants to when you are in public as this will give her some control in her own life.
As it is only a short time since her accident she probably hasn't come to terms with it yet and having to have everything done for her will be difficult to come to terms with too. I had to be bathed, dressed and even fed at one point for several years so I do have a little understanding of how your sister may well be feeling.
It is very difficult in your situation to get a happy balance between protecting and over protecting. Talk to your sister and ask her exactly what she thinks and how she would like to deal with certain situations when you are both out in public. You may be surprised with her answers.
You are obviously a very kind and caring person and I admire you for your honesty in saying you used to be the type of person who stared at disabled people....perhaps that is one of the reasons you try to protect your sister so much.

I deal with people that stare at me by pretending to pick my nose and eat the newly found treasure after wards. It works because they soon turn their heads in disgust at the thought of an almost 40 year-old would be eating nose burgers. However, any disgusting gesture will do the trick.

People stare because they are curious and thoughtful. They talk to you because they assume your sister can't talk or would have a hard time talking. They ask annoying questions because they are trying to understand how such a horrible thing could happen (and how they can make sure it doesn't happen to them). I know it is uncomfortable for you, and I know there is one idiot in every crowd, but mostly people don't mean to be rude or cruel. You will be more comfortable going out and about if you assume these strangers are just curious and poorly brought up.
May I suggest that when people stare, you smile at them or invite them to join you. When they talk to You instead of your sister, introduce them to your sister and invite them to talk to her directly. When they ask annoying questions, just tell them she was in an accident or give them a brochure about disabilities or hand them a business card with a website that invites them to make a donation for your sister's care.
When you get people addressing you about your sisters disability maybe you could politely say `my sister is happy to tell you what happened if you want to listen´. And then she can say hi and tell them.
It either embarrases them or gives your sister a chance to educate that person, who will hopefully feel more comfortable around the next person they meet with a disability.
Or if the person is being really mean she can say `I had an accident, what´s your problem´.

Well I know enough Psychology to know that you cannot control other people or their reactions. In our society the way people act to others who are different in some way happens from childhood to adult hood. I was stared at and made rude comments at because I was a geek or nerd and it developed into a depression. Later on after not being socially accepted by friends and coworkers because of my disabilities (I had gotten high blood pressure, and other physical illnesses, hurt my knee and walk with a limp) and they laughed at me, told me to go kill myself and do society a favor, or just plan ignored me or tried to sabotage my work efforts. That lead to me developing schizo affective disorder.
When other people are being rude, just try to be as nice to them as possible and explain that it is rude to stare and ask questions and that you and your twin sister wish to be left alone. The problem is not your sister or you, it is the other people. They aren't educated to celebrate diversity that includes people with disabilities. Explain to them that the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) if you are in the USA or whatever your nation has if not, gives your twin sister the right to be treated with dignity and respect and not be discriminated against. That the staring and questions are hurting not only her feelings but your own. That even disabled people have rights and freedoms.
If it bothers you too much, you both might need counseling to learn how to cope with it. People can be so rude that it causes psychological and emotional damage and then you'll both need a professional to talk it over, and maybe join a disabled group in your area for moral support. In my area we have a group for people with schizophrenia or schizo affective disorder. I think they have groups for each type of disability. Check your local hospitals for support groups and find other disabled people and ask them how they cope with it. You might be able to find new friends who share the same things as you and your sister. I put in a Google list of Disability support groups, maybe one of them can help you and your twin sister?
I am a ventilator dependent quadriplegic, for the most part I think people who stare are curious as to what has happened, if they continue to stare usually I will just turn my chair and make eye contact with them and smile, nine times out of ten they will look away, if not, I have in the past, if they are blatantly starring I will go up to them and ask them if there is something I can help them with, usually they will then ask a question, and depending what it is I will answer them.
The connection where one is physically disabled and right away they assume you are also mentally disabled will not change until everyone is educated, I have experienced that from the first day I became a quad. Just tell your sister to hold her head and be proud if who she is.

I can't really relate at all... but when someone stares at me and/or my mother while we're driving we just start twitching violently. In this case, it might make things worse. Start telling people it's contagious. I guess there is really no solution other than to laugh about it.
I have always loved a baseball bat for running people off. Just don't go for the head. Break an arm. If they are on your property and you tell to leave and they wont call the cops then defend yourself.

Ok. Staring... It is mostly ignorance. You see, when people see ANYTHING that is not the ';norm';, they wonder about it, they get curious. They like to see what is the different thing/person. Some are direct enough to ask questions. Which brings us to the questions part. With a person in a wheelchair, the majority of people automatically don't think, and they ask the person standing with the wheelchair person. Its just plain not thinking. They don't mean to be rude. When they ask you, just politely tell them to ask your sister.
Feeling hurt and sad, I can understand that. For a few years I had stopped going anywhere except where I absolutely HAD to because of all these things. And every now and then those feelings come back and I have to fight them again. But I found a few ways to help. Smiling at the staring people ALWAYS makes them look away. Or glaring depending on your mood lol. And keep on and on reminding yourself and your sister, IT IS JUST IGNORANCE, THEY DO NOT KNOW. Another thing that is a bit of a silly play but helps.. all the people who stare or are rude.. when you 2 are on your own, think about them as characters in a story. You can do whatever you like with them then. Lol, see told you it was a bit silly.. but I promise it works... the sillier and crazier the story, the better.. by the end you are laughing too hard to care :)

People tend to have trouble dealing with anything outside their comfort zones. what isn't normal scares them. you just don't see a quadriplegic every day. it's sad, but it's true. the best thing to do is help remind your sister that most people don't mean to stare or be hurtful; they just can't help it. they don't mean to be rude.

How do you prevent bed sores with someone who's paralyzed?
I have an identical twin sister who was in an accident and became paralyzed from the neck down. She's completely helpless and we have to change her diapers and tube feed her and suction her lungs, etc...We're 17 and I take care of her a lot. Just recently my mother and I noticed she's getting a type of red sore on her upper thigh. We take her out in her wheelchair a lot and rotate her position too but she's still developing a sore. Does anyone who's knowledgeable know how you would properly treat a bed sore and prevent further sores and rashes? How often should we change her diaper (specifically during the night)?How do you prevent bed sores with someone who's paralyzed?
Put some vaseline on the sore and keep her off of it.. Turn her often and take your time to put lotion on her and move her legs for her twice a day. I had a cousin who was born a vegetable. Move her legs and arms like exercise them for her in a 15 minute session twice a day to help the blood circulate to those parts of her body. That will promote healing and help prevent clots as well. Can someone hold your sister while in the tub so she can soak? or is there some way of putting her safely into the bath? A salt and soda bath is always a GREAT way to heal, repair and clean a body. That is 1/4Cup of baking soda, !/4cup of sea salt, soak for 10-15 minutes.
After soaking, wash body softly, drain water, and then rinse body off.
A hand held massaging shower head is great for rinsing off.
After wards take a gentle, non-abrasive lotion. Suave Skin Therapy Exhale Lotion Sandalwood and Cinnamon, is a very good lotion, stimulates the senses while soothing the skin.
Briskly rub that into the skin. Best to start at the feet, apply a lot of it, take your time to rub it in. The massage will help encourage relaxation of stiff muscles and also a better blood flow.
Make sure that clean and non-abrasive sheets and covers are on the bed. Linen is especially useful with burns and sensitive skin but it is a bit more expensive than other types of fabrics.
Also helpful is sheepskin though it is quite pricey.
This might sound nuts but it helps A heap! Buy sheets of bubble wrap and lay that under the sheets, the bubbles should help keep her supported and comfortable while protecting the matress as well.
Since she is on tube feeding she probably doesn't poo much, and urine is especially damaging to the human body, she should be changed very quickly after each pee.
Also buy some chamomile tea, prepare it 6 ounces of hot water, 4 tea bags of it, brew 10-15 minutes, allow to cool, wipe over the entire body. The chamomile will ease all sorts of skin conditions. It also smells great so it is a great aromatherapy tool as well.
Don't forget the most important part of a parapalegic is to stimulate thier minds. It is hell being stuffed into a non working body, but her brain should be fine. Read to her news and ask her what she thinks about it. Take down notes for her.
I know how difficult it is being with a parapalegic, I am sorry you and your family is having to do that. I hope that you take the time to care for your self as well as your sister.

She should be moved at least every two hours if she is completely immobile, preferably more often if conditions allow.
Check her wheelchair to see if there is something that is specifically causing pressue in the area that you are noticing the redness. People with poor skin condition, this can be as simple as a bar underneath the material. If there seems to be pressure from one area, consider a Sherpa, sheepskin or similar padding over the area to help reduce the pressue. Air pillows can help as well. If it's positional only, which may happen if the skin is already breaking down, try to avoid that position until skin healing occurs.
For a sore, I would recommend assessment by a physician first in order to assess the amount of damage. Some sores occur under the skin and are not very visible, so the wrong kind of treatment can cause further damage and injury. The treatment as well will depend on the depth, placement and extent of the injury and may include special dressings, irrigation, etc. Not something someone can easily prescribe or describe over the internet.
During the night, you should aim to change her diaper probably once every four hours, especially if she in known to wet or soil through the night. This is especially the case if she already has skin breakdown. Depending on the extent and degree of skin problems, you may want to forgo a diaper and use a pad underneath, which will draw away from the area more.
There are some things you should watch for as well, like a full bladder, that can become a medical emergency because some of the nerve pathways become messed up.
It sounds like you guys are really doing a great job, but may benefit from a visit from a community nurse who has experience with quadraplegics, skin care, wound care, etc. Many communities have brain injury or similar organizations that can help you with this. It's very important that you get some support and assistance one-on-one, tailored to your sister's condition.

Can someone hold your sister while in the tub so she can soak? or is there some way of putting her safely into the bath? A salt and soda bath is always a GREAT way to heal, repair and clean a body. That is 1/4Cup of baking soda, !/4cup of sea salt, soak for 10-15 minutes.
After soaking, wash body softly, drain water, and then rinse body off.
A hand held massaging shower head is great for rinsing off.
After wards take a gentle, non-abrasive lotion. Suave Skin Therapy Exhale Lotion Sandalwood and Cinnamon, is a very good lotion, stimulates the senses while soothing the skin.
Briskly rub that into the skin. Best to start at the feet, apply a lot of it, take your time to rub it in. The massage will help encourage relaxation of stiff muscles and also a better blood flow.
Make sure that clean and non-abrasive sheets and covers are on the bed. Linen is especially useful with burns and sensitive skin but it is a bit more expensive than other types of fabrics.
Also helpful is sheepskin though it is quite pricey.
This might sound nuts but it helps A heap! Buy sheets of bubble wrap and lay that under the sheets, the bubbles should help keep her supported and comfortable while protecting the matress as well.
Since she is on tube feeding she probably doesn't poo much, and urine is especially damaging to the human body, she should be changed very quickly after each pee.
Also buy some chamomile tea, prepare it 6 ounces of hot water, 4 tea bags of it, brew 10-15 minutes, allow to cool, wipe over the entire body. The chamomile will ease all sorts of skin conditions. It also smells great so it is a great aromatherapy tool as well.
Don't forget the most important part of a parapalegic is to stimulate thier minds. It is hell being stuffed into a non working body, but her brain should be fine. Read to her news and ask her what she thinks about it. Take down notes for her.
I know how difficult it is being with a parapalegic, I am sorry you and your family is having to do that. I hope that you take the time to care for your self as well as your sister.
Maybe make a yahoo answers account for her and ask her to answer some of the questions or to ask her, her own questions?
Even with a broken body she needs to feel like she's got a purpose.

She should be moved at least every two hours if she is completely immobile, preferably more often if conditions allow.
Check her wheelchair to see if there is something that is specifically causing pressue in the area that you are noticing the redness. People with poor skin condition, this can be as simple as a bar underneath the material. If there seems to be pressure from one area, consider a Sherpa, sheepskin or similar padding over the area to help reduce the pressue. Air pillows can help as well. If it's positional only, which may happen if the skin is already breaking down, try to avoid that position until skin healing occurs.
For a sore, I would recommend assessment by a physician first in order to assess the amount of damage. Some sores occur under the skin and are not very visible, so the wrong kind of treatment can cause further damage and injury. The treatment as well will depend on the depth, placement and extent of the injury and may include special dressings, irrigation, etc. Not something someone can easily prescribe or describe over the internet.
During the night, you should aim to change her diaper probably once every four hours, especially if she in known to wet or soil through the night. This is especially the case if she already has skin breakdown. Depending on the extent and degree of skin problems, you may want to forgo a diaper and use a pad underneath, which will draw away from the area more.
There are some things you should watch for as well, like a full bladder, that can become a medical emergency because some of the nerve pathways become messed up.
It sounds like you guys are really doing a great job, but may benefit from a visit from a community nurse who has experience with quadraplegics, skin care, wound care, etc. Many communities have brain injury or similar organizations that can help you with this. It's very important that you get some support and assistance one-on-one, tailored to your sister's condition.

would love to save a little money getting in to County Hall from Heathrow. we know london transport a little from last summer - and we took heathrow express to catch a eurostar. this year we won't be trying to catch a train so we don't need the express and would love to save a little money.
family of 4 - kids 6 and 9 who are pretty good travelers and roll their own suitcases. we are determined to pack light on this trip - but will still have 4 roller suitcases and 4 smaller shoulder bags.
Coming in on an August Saturday morning - Options from Heathrow:
1. should we take the tube all the way to County Hall? (change at South Kensington or Green Park to Westminster or Waterloo?) I would think it wouldn't be too full at 830/9am on a Sat. morning - so there won't be too many London locals to annoy with our bags?) Is either of these an easier transfer? What's an easier walk with suitcases - Westminster or Waterloo - I think walking across the bridge would be a fun morning wakeup upon arrival. Though changing trains in the tube with our bags could be too difficult? Are there good escalators at these potential stops?
2. Or what about Heathrow Connect or Express - but then we'll have to get from Paddington to County Hall - the kids go free on the Express - but connect is still cheaper and we won't be in a hurry to save 15 minutes over the express. how much to taxi from paddington to County Hall? Or we could take the tube from Paddington to Baker Street to Westminster?
3. Or Coach from Heathrow to Victoria and then taxi or tube from there?

What maintance should I do on my new YZ125?
I just bought a 2006 YZ125. I ride it on trails. What kind of maintance should I do on it and how often. I wash it after every use, then lube the chain. That's about it. I've heard something on bleeding the tubes, washing the air filter, oil changes, etc... What should I do to keep the bike running great for a long time?What maintance should I do on my new YZ125?
A lot depends upon the duration and intensity of the ride, but as a rule of thumb after each ride;
Wash the bike, then spray the chain with WD40. Let it dry and then lube the chain with a quality chain lube. Inspect the air filter, it may not need cleaning, but I usually clean and service it after each ride/race. I also change the oil after each ride/race, you can go longer, but I wouldn't go longer than 3 or 4 rides/races with out changing the oil. Check all the nuts and bolts, controls, cables and brakes.
Before you ride, bleed the air off the forks, adjust the air pressure in your tires and your suspension settings according to the terrain you will be riding in.
Your manual is going to recommend replacing the rings every six hours of use or so. I prefer to keep up with the compression readings, my rule of thumb is 120 p.s.i. I usually rebuild the top end every winter during the off season so that I start the new season with a fresh top end.
Basically just keep a close eye on things. You can usually see a problem developing and preventive maintenance is much cheaper than repairing something that breaks due to negligence.What maintance should I do on my new YZ125?

2 strokes can make a bucket load of horse power from a small size engine. Your YZ (unresticted) can put out over 40 BHP. That may not alot compared to a standard road going GSXR 1000 street bike, but on a small [ lightweight ] 125 with no extra bulk, it can be very very fast.

I have a ';key'; I made out of a piece of rolled up copper tubing with a slit cut in it and pounded one end as a ';handle';...works to get almost everything out except the very end where the top of the tube widens out.

I use to laugh at my mom for putting about a tablespoon of water in the ketsup bottle then shake it to get it out. Now I do that myself. lol She always said, 'that's a bite.' When I make meatloaf, or have something where I can do that, I most always do. Funny how we end up imitating our parents as we have gotten older.

I take a hair brush or comb and run it on the side to push as much as possible to the top then I cut the tube close to the top and scoop out the rest. I do this with my tubes of makeup too. There is really a lot left in there!
I dilute my shampoo with water. It spreads easier and lathers better and works just as well if not better.
I too cut off the bottom, also up the side and cut the top off. Open it up flat and next time I use whats in the top.
It pays to be frugal.
I also dilute my shampoo and body wash when it gets down about 1/4 of the way. Shake it good each time you use it. I did this with my kids. They never knew.

With toothpaste, I switched to Pepsodent. It tastes good and is inexpensive and I don't fight for the last dab.
That is the way to get the job done.I have done this for all sorts of stuff.I even rinse my detergent bottles.....
OK I don't like to waste but time is important too so I don't fight it just get a new tube and now that I have put a speed alarm on my car am saving heaps----no more speeding fines and better petrol economy so can certainly buy new ones sooner------perhaps save tubes until run out and forget to replace then will have to do the cutting thing so thanks for that.
I found a gadget in a magazine that is shaped like a ';T';. The top part of the ';T'; is the handle and the bottom part has a little slit in it almost to the top part of the ';T';. You put the almost empty tube into the slit and use the top part as a handle to roll the bottom up. You'd be surprised how much you can get out of a tube you almost threw away! You can find the in any of the ';senior products'; type magazines and they're pretty cheap.
They make these clips that press it out.
I do the same cut them open with scissors.
I just roll and go.But, then I don't like the way it looks.I open a new tube and throw the old one away.

You use those squarish type paper clips the ones that you would use at work to hold a stack of papers together. Not regular paper clips they won't hold the plastic. They are usually black and come in a few different sizes. Or you can also use those potato chip clips they also work just as well, the small ones not the big ones. Cutting off the end just gets too messy.

I take a hair brush or comb and run it on the side to push as much as possible to the top then I cut the tube close to the top and scoop out the rest. I do this with my tubes of makeup too. There is really a lot left in there!
I dilute my shampoo with water. It spreads easier and lathers better and works just as well if not better.
I too cut off the bottom, also up the side and cut the top off. Open it up flat and next time I use whats in the top.
It pays to be frugal.
I also dilute my shampoo and body wash when it gets down about 1/4 of the way. Shake it good each time you use it. I did this with my kids. They never knew.

With toothpaste, I switched to Pepsodent. It tastes good and is inexpensive and I don't fight for the last dab.
That is the way to get the job done.I have done this for all sorts of stuff.I even rinse my detergent bottles.....
OK I don't like to waste but time is important too so I don't fight it just get a new tube and now that I have put a speed alarm on my car am saving heaps----no more speeding fines and better petrol economy so can certainly buy new ones sooner------perhaps save tubes until run out and forget to replace then will have to do the cutting thing so thanks for that.
I found a gadget in a magazine that is shaped like a ';T';. The top part of the ';T'; is the handle and the bottom part has a little slit in it almost to the top part of the ';T';. You put the almost empty tube into the slit and use the top part as a handle to roll the bottom up. You'd be surprised how much you can get out of a tube you almost threw away! You can find the in any of the ';senior products'; type magazines and they're pretty cheap.
They make these clips that press it out.
I do the same cut them open with scissors.

You use those squarish type paper clips the ones that you would use at work to hold a stack of papers together. Not regular paper clips they won't hold the plastic. They are usually black and come in a few different sizes. Or you can also use those potato chip clips they also work just as well, the small ones not the big ones. Cutting off the end just gets too messy.

How do I change the spark plugs in a 2005 Honda Civic VP?
I knew how to change the spark plugs in my other vehicles, but this engine has them set up differently. I'm used to wires being connected from the distributor cap to the plug itself, but on this engine, I still haven't found the wires or distr cap. I know where the spark plugs themselves are, but there is this cylinder thats about 9 in or so long that you have to unscrew and pull out from on top of the plugs. I have a long enough extension to be able to get them out from the bottom of this hole, but it looks to me as if the inside of this tube is copper and its very smooth. Is it b/c its new and never been worked on, or do i need a special tool to keep from scratching it and losing conductivity??? I have a Clarinet mouthpiece. I've searched for tutorials on how to make a PVC clarinet and I can't find one that's in they key of Bb, only A and D. Is it possible to convert an A instrument into a Bb instrument simply by changing the length of the tube right after the mouthpiece or does it have to be completely different?

In the future, a protein skimmer, which will remove organics that will eventually become nitrate as well as a deep sand bed with macroalgae in a refugium. The algae will use the nitrate for growth, and the deep sand bed, if allowed to settle undistrurbed, will develop anaerobic areas that denitrify nitrate into harmless nitrogen gas.Besides doing a water change every week. How do I lower the level of Nitrate in my saltwater fish tank???
Do an immediate 50% water change, making sure to thoroughly clean the gravel of any waste. Then you will want to do 25% wc's every night for a week, testing the levels everyday before you do the wc. You can also add salt which will help to decrease the toxic effects of the nitrates. There are also products out there like Prime water conditioner that will help to detoxify it.
Really all you can do is a water change. I would go with about 30 %, and ease up on the food. If you have a sump with bio balls, you can remove half the bio balls and use the water from the change to rinse them. Do not rinse more than half. Do not touch your substrate. If you use a canister, it may be time to change your media.
I have to agree with Nosoop4u, water changes is only for a short term. As for the first answer, DO NOT Change 25% of the water everyday, you should do that only once per month. On a weekly basis, you should do a 10-15% water change, but do not conduct water changes every day.
You can also add a product called stress zyme. This product contains necessary bacteria in which they help reduce the nitrate problems. Live rock and Live sand can also help, because the bacteria on them also reduces the nitrates.
But I have to agree with Nosoop4u, I give him and the other guy thumbs up because obviously, they know what they're doing through experience, and I just had to share some of mines as well.

Microsoft Flight Simulator, How do you change file to be able to load up to u tube?
The best and easiest way to do it is download a program like FRAPS (the free version limits you to 30 seconds per capture) and use it to capture video from flight simulator. You can then use your Windows Movie Maker (or similar program) to edit the video and size it for upload.

Slowly remove the piercing; the way you took it out will always be a bit easier than getting it back in the first few times. Once you clean the jewelry and whatnot, simply slip in back in through one hole and slowly guide it until it comes out the other. The hole is a tube, but you still should take your time the first few times you change jewelry as to not ruin the piercing. Its rather easy and you'll get used to it. Good luck.

I bought a new fridge and when they delivered it they said they could not install it because of the plastic tube- they said I had to change it- I've been to home depot etc and have no clue how to do it because everything else seems to be for the actual installation of a brand new line whereas in this case I need to know how to change the existing line. You shouldn't have to change the tubing all refers as far as I know come with a 1/4 in line. Get a adapter from Home Depot or Lowe's and you should be good to go. You might cut off a small piece of you old tubing and the fitting on the refer and take them with you that should help a lot.

Speed up the video. When people talk or sing, it's really fast and it sounds kinda like that.
Find a song you like ... just the music, without the lyrics
Find 2 taperecorders that has 2 speed tape control ... something like normal speed and twice speed
record your song with the first recorder on twice speed
practice the song till you know it well
Listen to the song at normal speed - the song will be drawn out to twice the time
try singing it in a normal voice but with the slowed down music
Practice it some more
record your song and you singing ... the first playing recorder at twice speed - the second recorder at normal speed
play back your song from the second recorder at twice speed - the song will be normal while your singing will be at chipmunk speedfacial hair i need your advice

but if it doesn't work u shud first extract the audio from the wmv
then after editing the audio u can just use ';Windows Movie Maker';
to replace the audio.

then on the Menu Bar %26gt; click ';Effects'; %26gt; then ';Change Pitch';
adjust using the slider or u can adjust

How do you change thermostat 1995 monte carlo?
i googled it and it told me to first remove the air filter and housing.
Second, remove throttle body assembly.
Third, remove metal tube leading to thermostat.
i tried this but i can seem to get the throttle body off. anyone have
any suggestions? i don't want to take it to a mechanic. its a 3.4 v6.

How do you change the water pump impeller on a Mariner 8 hp outboard motor?
I have separated the Mariner 8 hp lower unit from the upper unit , taken apart the water pump, replaced the impeller and pusher the lower unit up on to the upper unit. It guides on fine until the last inch. It feels like the drive shaft is not alligning with the engine drive acceptor socket. The shift linkage appears and feels to be in place. The exhaust down tube feels like it is lined up. I tried turning the prop to rotate the drive shaft but it wont go together that last inch. thanks for letting me waste 30 seconds of your times cause I really have no clue. good luck, though...I would take it to a boat shop and have them do it.

I have done water pumps on a few different brands of outboard motors, not a Mariner though, but they are all basically the same. The first and most important thing to observe is the water tube is correctly mated to the power head or you will damage the motor through overheating. Make sure the gear shift is in a position that makes the linkage at it's lowest point in the leg, so that it can be connected and tightened later. Ensure the gear box is in the matching position, this is usually in the forward position. If the motor is still on the boat, tilt it up to the maximum position as it makes replacing the gear box assembly a bit easier. Slide the assembly into the leg and keep checking all is going where it is supposed to be going.
Once the drive shaft is starting to engage the crank spline do not twist the gear box, instead rotate the propeller clockwise and anti-clock wise through about a 1/4 turn, as you continue to GENTLEY push the gear box, until it engages and slides home. Insert a bolt hand tight and relax, put the rest of the bolts in and tighten in sequence so as not to stress the casing and possibly fracture it, tighten to the required torque and your done.
IMPORTANT NOTE:- DO NOT USE THE BOLTS TO ';PULL'; THE GEAR BOX HOME. This may damage the spline if it not lined up correctly or strip the thread in the casing. Also if you have cleaned off all of the grease it would be wise to re-grease the spline with the recommended marine grease. I hope this is of some help.streamreader human body skin
