You can't.
That is based on the quality of the video itself, not your YouTube account settings. If you embed the video on a webpage, you can give it a higher resolution appearance by shrinking down the width/height # values in the the code, %26amp; it will look a lot cleaner, but as far as audio %26amp; other issues, you're stuck with what the YouTube user posts.Anyone know how to change the video quality on you-tube? or the audio video sync?
