If you are talking about the ear tubes that have to put in
by a doctor - you should have had relief instantly.
I've had this done a couple times, back when they had to
be put in, while in the hospital. Both times, when I woke up,
it was great.
I would call your doctor, they have the possibility of slipping
out or it might be something else causing the pressure.

It happens instantaneously unless they are blocked, by a cold for example.
Have you tried pinching your nose and blowing VERY gently?
yes, the tympanostomy tube could have dislodged...or it could have filled up with cerumen...
have you tried gargling to help open up the Eustachian tube from the inside out?
you might try a decongestant (sudafed)

It should have worked immediately. Call your doctor.
The tubes are tiny, and could easily be blocked with earwax, or pus (if your ears were infected), or they could have become dislodged.
Your doctor can tell with a quick look into your ear. Call him/her. That's what he/she is there for.
