I had to change the tube in my back tire and now i cant figure out how to get the gear -shift part back on correctly.How do I get my gear-shift back on my bike?
Look at the attached diagram. This shows how to take the tire out and you can reverse the motion. Pull the rear derailleur out from the frame. Insert your wheel into the frame, making sure the cassette is between the chain and the frame. Let go of the derailleur and it should form an ';s'; type of link around the cassette. Fasten the tire back on the frame(be sure to keep the wheel straight). You might need to readjust your rear brake and shifters.
