How do you change your bike Tyre with tubes?

Hiya. I just need to know as I am joining a moutain bike club very soon.

ThxHow do you change your bike Tyre with tubes?
Dismount the wheel

unscrew the valve to let all the air out

using a plastic tire removal tool (looks like a little spoon) pry one side of the tire over the edge of the wheel AND tire.

pull the tube out

pop the other side of the tire off.

clean the inside of the wheel really good to check for debris or sharp edges.

put a quick shot of air in the new tube (ONLY to give it some shape

put baby powder on your hand and rub it all over the new tube

carefully stuff the tube inside the tire

pop one edge of the bead over the wheel

gently stuff the tube inside the wheel/tire, making SURE to line up the valve stem with the hole in the wheel

pry the other bead over the wheel, TRIPLE check to make sure the tube is not pinched between the tire and wheel.

slowly fill up the tube, a few pumps at a time then spin the wheel around working it around so the tube sets in the center and doesn't get pinched.

fill it up to operating pressure

Mount wheel.

Good luck! It's really easy once you've done it once or twice on the road in the middle of a ride. :-P (I carry a tube, pry tool, and co2 cart with me when I ride)How do you change your bike Tyre with tubes?
Unscrew the nuts on the sides of the tires and then take out the tube. Then replace the tube and screw it back in place. Simple as that.
Ask Floyd Landis
disko has it right. if you need more info go to http://www.parktool.com/repair/ and print out what you need. once you do it, you will find it quite simple.
switch the tube valves
