How do you change the tubes in a tube guitar amp?

Do you just remove the old tubes and pop the new ones in or are there other adjustments that need to be made?How do you change the tubes in a tube guitar amp?

If you hav a guitar center near u use them. I hav been using them for over a year now. The people in their are very expirienced, friendly, and know their ****! they also hav on the job techs who can probably replace them that visit. I am not too sure what they charge so ask first.
